Chocolate Café Canterbury

As it’s getting a bit colder outside and the weather starts to change into autumn/winter the chocolate café in Canterbury is the place to warm up and chill out! This independent café/bar is just off the high street and very close to the Cathedral gate. You can even see the cathedral from upstairs while you sip away at your delicious hot chocolate. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the lovely blend of chocolate mixed with fresh coffee. Everything is made fresh to order and anything that you order from the menu you entice your taste buds.

I’ve visited the chocolate café for a quite tea or coffee in the day time and for a nice glass of rose in the evening the chocolate café is the perfect setting for both these things. There are even blankets provided if you want to sit outside and start to get a bit chilly.

For me by far the best thing on the menu is their chocolate covered strawberries! At £2.60 it’s not an expensive treat at all, which means you can stretch that budget even further to a glass of wine or a delicious hot chocolate as well. There is a wide variety of both sweet and savoury foods available on the menu.

If you are every in Canterbury it is definitely a place to visit!

Till next time
